I know you folks were severely disappointed with me for missing last week’s weigh in. (I took off early to catch the White Sox pummel the A’s.)

Well, two weeks is a long time, and much can happen…


… but it didn’t.

    Sounds like you are converting body fat into muscle.

    Grab a hunk of skin between your thumb and forefinger and pinch gently. If you can pinch more than an inch, it’s fat…get rid of it.

    Sensible diet plus good exercise is the best way to keep in shape.

    I’m an expert at keeping in good shape…round is a pretty good shape!

    bx, you’re right. I’ve gone down two belt notches, but my weight has been hanging steady. (Which kinda torques me off…)

    Of course, this weekend, I will be a rabid A’s fan. (They are playing against the Twinkies.)
